  1. for question 8, can you only use the x input as 1,2,3,4

  2. Normally the input for #8 is {1, 2, 3, 4}. For the vertical line, you need to rethink this. Your x value does not change on the vertical line, just the y-value so you might need to create a table that describes that situation.

  3. how do you show your work for the vertical line on number 5. I know the answer but i dont know how to show the work

  4. There really is no work to show. Unlike the horizontal line where you can actually show work for it.

  6. Vertical lines are very unusual. They are not standard at all. You may not be able to show work for all the different parts. Do your best to show what you do know.

  8. Mike, your question is not very clear. For number 8, you are given inputs for your domain (x-values) and you need to use your slope-intercept equation to figure out what the y-values would be.
